● Domestic Shipping Policy
We use our own carriers to ship items, All orders are processed within 24 hours.
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," basis and is based on the location you select.
You should know that each order’s estimated arrival is maximum 24 hours after the checkout process.
Purchases of products through Mirage-leather.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the delivery to your ship-to address, and Mirage-leather.com is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.
● Mirage Store Pickup
If you need to pick up an item quickly or change it to shipping, just call us so we can process the order according to your need.
Our delivery team will be available for any order and will eventually deliver the same day or maximum within 24 hours domestically.

Our customers will receive a shipment confirmation immediately the order is processed and an order number.
Mirage-leather.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost after shipping. If you received your order, verify that it is not damaged and if it is damaged please contact us immediately before the delivery team leaves. Also contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
● International Shipping Policy
International orders are subject to more detailed processing and delivery cost as it will be depending on the location and the delivery methods. Please contact our support team for this matter.
● Returns Policy
Mirage-leather.com does not offer returns, customers need to verify the order and products for any damage and missing items before the delivery personnel leaves,
if the delivery personnel leaves the address then the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return at our address: Kalaban coura(road of airport), Bamako-Mali
However, if a customer decides to make an exchange, it will be possible and the customer will have to cover for the shipping as well. It will usually take between 24h to 48h to process.
Mirage-leather.com does not offer refunds, only exchange is possible for the same category of products.
